Call Center Agent Inbound - Dutch (m/f/d)

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the friendly and professional voice for our clients, handling incoming calls with care and attentiveness. After each call, you’ll summarize the key details in a call log and pass it along to the appropriate client.

This is you:

• You are fluent in Dutch, both written and spoken, at a native level.

• You have a good command of English.

• You’ve successfully completed your education or university studies and have already gained some professional experience in an office setting.

• You have a passion for customer communication and bring persuasion skills and persistence to the role.

• You possess solid PC skills and have a service-oriented mindset, with a natural focus on customer care.
