Sales Development Representative / Appointment Setter Outbound – B2B Spanish Market (f/m/d)

We provide Spanish entrepreneurs and SMEs with professional telephone answering services and smart communication solutions that solve real day-to-day challenges.

As we continue to grow in Spain, we are expanding our outbound sales team. We are looking for someone who enjoys reaching out to potential customers, speaking directly with decision-makers and booking qualified appointments for our sales team.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the first important point of contact in the sales process. You won’t just make calls - you will create opportunities, build our sales pipeline and make a direct contribution to our growth in the Spanish market.

What you can expect:

This is strategic outbound sales, not random cold calling.

Together, we identify industries and companies with a genuine need for our services. You research the right contacts, understand their potential challenges and start relevant conversations.

Your goal is simple: bring our sales team into conversations with the right Spanish businesses.

Your responsibilities

• Contact decision-makers at Spanish SMEs by phone and introduce them to our telephone answering services

• Identify their initial challenges and assess whether there is a potential match

• Qualify prospective customers and schedule high-quality appointments for our sales team

• Keep your activities, conversations and results accurately updated in our CRM

• Work with the team to develop new target groups, opening lines and outbound strategies

• Work towards clear targets and see the direct impact of your results on our sales pipeline

• Share insights from the Spanish market to help us continuously improve our approach

What we're looking for

• Native-level Spanish communication skills

• A good command of English

• A proactive, commercial mindset and genuine enthusiasm for approaching new customers

• Some experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, telesales or appointment setting is an advantage

• Confidence when speaking with new contacts and the resilience to handle rejection

• Energy, self-motivation and a desire to improve every day

• Strong communication skills and a good understanding of people

• An interest in sales, performance and achieving measurable results

• A structured way of working and the discipline to keep CRM information accurate
