Call Center Agent Inbound - German (m/f/d)

In order to strengthen our international team, we are now looking for highly communicative German-speaking employees who would like to work remotely from Gozo. The Zenith Quality Services Ltd. (ZQS) offers international companies professional support in their daily business operations and stands for diversity, social responsibility and family friendliness.

As a Call Center Agent Inbound, you will be the first point of contact for various small and medium-sized companies and industries.

You will greet callers of our customers in a friendly and competent manner, take call back requests or transfer calls, schedule, and coordinate appointments, take orders, and forward information.

Your qualifications:

• You are able to communicate in the German language both orally and in writing.

• You have good written and spoken English skills.

• You have already gained experience in an office environment.

• You have good computer skills and are experienced in using the internet.

• You own a 16,000 DSL line with upload rate min. 2 MB

• You can provide a quiet working environment.
