Call Center Agent Inbound - British (m/f/d)

We are currently offering the opportunity to live and work in Thailand on a long-term basis to English native speakers.

Your profile:

• You are a British English native speaker.

• You are over 22 years old.

• You can adapt to different work processes and handle your PC in an experienced manner.

• You have very good communication skills and a friendly, helpful nature.

• You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree from a university, or a comparable qualification (EQF6) .

  These are requirements of the Thai authorities for you to have a work permit. If you do not meet these requirements, we will not be able to offer you a job in our company. If you are a English native speaker holding a Thai-ID/passport, you only must be over 18 years old and have a house registration.

Your tasks:

• Answer incoming calls (no sales), note call back requests, provide information.

• Summarising, structuring and forwarding information.

• Arrange and coordinate appointments.

• Document calls in our system.
