Customer Care Representative – Japanese-speaking Support (Relocation, Visa & Work Permit Included)

✅ You speak and write Japanese at a native level — naturally!
✅ You have a good command of English, both written and spoken.
✅ You’re a strong communicator, reliable, eager to learn, and confident using a computer.

✅ You’re over 22 years old and hold a completed bachelor’s or master’s degree from a university or an equivalent qualification (EQF level 6).

These are the requirements set by the Thai authorities for obtaining a work permit. If you do not meet these criteria, unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer you a position. However, if you speak Japanese at a native level and hold a Thai ID card or passport, you only need to be over 18 and provide proof of residence in Thailand.
