To strengthen our international team, we are looking for highly communicative employees to join our German-speaking customer care team as soon as possible. Zenith Quality Services Ltd. (ZQS) professionally supports international companies in their daily business operations, with a focus on secretarial services, customer reception, and telephone management.
As a Call Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for various small and medium-sized enterprises from different industries. You will greet our clients' callers in a friendly and professional manner, take messages for callbacks or forward calls, schedule and coordinate appointments, process orders, and relay information.
Job requirements
Your qualifications:
You write and speak fluent German at a native speaker level.
You have good written and spoken English skills.
You are living in Greece, or are about to move there.
You possess excellent communication skills and a friendly, helpful nature.
You can adapt to different work processes and are proficient in handling a PC.
You have a functioning broadband connection (DSL, VDSL or cable connection).
You have an internet speed of at least 25Mbit/s download or faster and 5 Mbit/s upload.
You have a direct connection between your computer and the network router via LAN cable.
You have a lockable separate room where you can work undisturbed.

Stable employment in full and part-time (from 20 hours/week)
Working hours: Monday to Friday in the availability from 07:00 to 19:00 hrs; night, and weekend shifts possible upon request
